Change an email signature Click File Options Mail Signatures. Click the signature you want to edit, and then make your changes in the Edit signature box. When youre done, select Save OK.
If you have an image in your signature that has a DPI of, lets say, 300, the image will probably look very big. This happens because Microsoft Outlook and Apple Mail scale images using the DPI value. To fix this, you will need to use an image processing tool such as Photoshop to change the images DPI setting.
How to edit a signature in Outlook Open Outlook and click on the File tab. Click Options and then choose Mail. Scroll down to the Signatures section and click the Edit button. Make your changes in the Signature Editor and then click OK. Your changes will be saved automatically.

Manage multiple signatures Open Gmail. At the top right, click Settings. See all settings. Under General, scroll to Signature and click the signature you want to edit. Use the text box to make your changes. To change the signature name, click Edit . At the bottom, click Save Changes.
Once the image or signature is placed into a column, hover over the section to view the column boundaries. Place your pointer between the columns until the pointer changes to show two arrows and a bolded blue column border line. Press down and drag the boundary left or right to resize.
From within a message: Start a new message. Click on Signature option under Include section of ribbon. Click Signatures from drop-down menu. Click New button to create a new signature block. Give the signature block a name. Enter the information that you want in your signature block. Click OK twice.
Add a logo or image to your signature Open a new message and then select Signature Signatures. In the Select signature to edit box, choose the signature you want to add a logo or image to. Select the Image icon. To resize your image, right-click the image, then choose Picture.
Add or change a signature Scroll to the bottom, then tap Settings. Choose the Google Account where you want to add a signature. Tap Mobile Signature. Enter the text for your signature.
