Change email signature in Outlook for Windows Open Outlook and click on the File tab. Click Options and then choose Mail. Scroll down to the Signatures section and click the Edit button. Make your changes in the Signature Editor and then click OK.

Although its never too late to consider a few alterations in the signature, in my experience the best time for a signature change is when you are above 16 years of age. The 16 to 25 age group is ideal for a signature correction, because this is the time when most people zero in on a particular signature style.
Replace your signature Mouse over your name in the upper-right corner of the window. Select the My Profile option. Click Clear to delete the existing signature file. Create your new signature per the above process.
Create an email signature Go to Settings. View all Outlook settings Compose and reply. Under Email signature, type your signature and use the available formatting options to change its appearance. Note: You can have only one signature per account. Select Save when youre done.
