Hi everyone, my name is Kevin. Today I want to show you how you can set up a signature in Outlook on both the desktop and on the web, and before we jump into it, as full disclosure, I work at Microsoft as a full-time employee. Why dont we jump into it, that way you could start looking very professional with nice signatures in your emails. Lets jump into it. All right, well here I am on my desktop and what were going to do first is I want to show you how to do it using Outlook desktop. I have Outlook here on my taskbar. Im going to go ahead and click on this. This is the latest version of Outlook, its part of Office 365. Itll probably work if you have an older version of Outlook as well, but I cant promise anything, but signatures havent changed that much. Its been a feature in Outlook for a very long time, so if you follow along, it should work for you regardless of what version you have. So here I am in Outlook. How do you update your signature?

The iPhones default signature line is Sent from my iPhone, but you can change this signature to anything you want (or use none at all). You can even make an email signature that differs for each of your connected email accounts.
Ill be happy to help with this. Go to Settings Mail Signature and edit your signature. Restart your iPhone and test by sending yourself an email to see if the signature shows. If you have multiple accounts, see if this is just affecting one account or all.

Tap on your account and then tap Signature. Enter the text and links you want to use as your signature and tap Done.

Apple iPhone - Adjust Email Account Signature Settings From the Home screen, navigate: Settings. Mail. . If an app isnt available on your Home screen, swipe left to access the App Library. Tap. Signature. then enter, edit, or delete signature. To change signature per account, tap. Per Account. then tap the account to edit.
You will find that sometimes you get your email back and the font in your signature has changed. The most common is for the font to change to something more default like Times New Roman, a basic serif font.
