foreign I hope you are doing well my last video was on creating and sharing your documents as ebooks by exporting them as epub files in LibreOffice writer we call that to export we clicked on file and then export as and then went on and clicked on export as epubu export that particular document as an Epub ebook if you havenamp;#39;t seen that video or wish to refresh your memory you can view it using the link in the description box you will recall from that video that while the LibreOffice ePub export process created a very readable and usable ebook I had highlighted four issues that needed resolution let me quickly recall these four issues as we try to address them in this tutorial on the left half of the screen you can see the document that I exported as an Epub in LibreOffice writer and in the right half you can see the exported ePub ebook displayed using the caliber eBook reader the first problem that I highlighted was that our document on the left started with the TOC the

You must change the metadata of the epub. The easier way to do that is open the epub with Sigil and press the key F8 (or go to the Tool menu and there select Metadata Editor. In the dialog that appears you have a field named Author:; here is when you must write Shakespeare, William.

Open Sigil epub. The Book Browser window on the left shows you all of the files in your EPUB. The code view window is in the center, and a Table of Contents window is on the right to show you any chapter titles that you have defined. When you open Sigil, the preview window will default to being hidden.
