in this video I am going to talk about aligning form elements so notice on this form that I have a label and then a textbox a label and a password box and things are just lining up at the end of the label and so you notice that these input elements are all over thereamp;#39;s no alignment no organization doesnamp;#39;t make it particularly clear there is heading organization so each area is labeled with headings and that facilitates organization of a form but how do we do the alignment of this so if I want these all to be aligned in a straight line so I want the boxes to be in a straight line and the labels are first then I need to make the labels the same width so if I go up here and I say I want the label to be width 240 pixels and I save that notice that nothing happens and this is because the label is an inline element and width only applies to block elements I want to keep this inline I donamp;#39;t want the label to be on a separate line if I make a block then itamp;#39;s goi

DocBook files are used to prepare output files in a wide variety of formats. Nearly always, this is accomplished using DocBook XSL stylesheets. These are XSLT stylesheets that transform DocBook documents into a number of formats (HTML, XSL-FO for later conversion into PDF, etc.).
While XML is a flexible markup language that allows you to define custom tags, DITA provides a set of predefined tags for creating structured documentation.
DITA and Markdown are not the same thing Markdown is only a markup language, while DITA is a full authoring standard. Markdown itself only describes a format for converting text into HTML and is not enough to create documentation alone.
The main difference between DITA and DocBook is the way they organize content. DITA is designed to create topic-based documentation, while DocBook is designed to create structured documents. Topic-based documentation means each content can stand alone and be reused in different documents.
Instead, Docbook is used to create the manual and the FAQ, and Doxygen is used to construct the API reference. Although divergent, this conforms to the GNU Project recommendations as long as the output is of sufficient quality, as per GNU Manuals.
