hi lets make some pop today so i boiled four cups of water with my lid on and then im going to mix two cups of maize milk with two cups of water mix everything nicely and keep it aside now that my water is boiling i dont want my water to be boiling too fast simply because then im gonna have lumps with my pop so im gonna lower the heat and also add one cup of cold water okay this way im not gonna have lumps okay im gonna start adding the mixture into the water mix it nicely very nice and calm very patient so that i dont get any lumps if there are any lumps i always use a whisk its just much better and its easier its quicker and im gonna let my pub simmer for about 10 minutes with the lid on okay now during this step make sure that the the heat is low so it doesnt burn and now im just going to be adding more maize milk im only adding about one cup of mays milk you can add more or less depending on how thick or how thin you want your butt to be okay as you can see im doin
