Hi, Mark Green here with another Greener Tech Bite. Today were going to be talking about the benefits of carbon paper. Over the years weve seen many different methods of setting up flow wrappers, everything from paper towels to work orders, fax, copy paper to carbon paper and carbon less paper. Today were going to look at the differences between these. Im going to start off with just a plain sheet of copy paper. Next were going to introduce the carbon paper. The carbon paper has much better contrast than the plain copy paper and shows a slight imbalance that we wouldnt otherwise pick up. The problems this imbalance can create in your packaging is you can have channel leakers. You can have the knife not cutting evenly across your package and that often leads to the over adjustment of the knife to get a complete cut.
