Heres how to fix a popping knee in seconds. Start seated at the edge of a flat elevated surface. You want one high enough where your foot will not touch the floor. Knee is going to be bent at 90 degrees, backside flush against that surface. Take your hands, press into your leg above your knee for an anchor point. Its really important during this exercise that all movement comes from below the knee. Turn your foot inward as much as you can. Hold this for a second, relax it, and now turn it outward and repeat. You want to do this one nice and slowly for 10 to 15 repetitions in both directions. To take this one to the next level, lets turn our foot inward, but this time around, do a kicking motion. So straighten your knee by bringing your foot upward towards the ceiling. Hold this for a second. Youre going to relax and now do the same thing with your foot outwards. 10 to 15 repetitions and afterwards see how your knee feels.
