now weamp;#39;re going to be talking about the expense record sheet so this one is really important so here weamp;#39;re going to list all of our expenses and what they relate to so the First Column is expenses for fiscal year 2015 thatamp;#39;s the current year weamp;#39;re going to put down something like um we spent some money on food this was AI money the expense date was weamp;#39;ll say it was August 31st 2014 the event name remember just like the funding source over here this one has a drop down and you can tell that from the color so this was for our welcome back meeting and we spent $100 on it now the uh purple magenta column here um thatamp;#39;s optional for the time being uh this will be useful for organizations that are going to use the budget sheet which is a new feature of the application this year once again entirely optional and itamp;#39;s something Iamp;#39;ll be going over in a later video for the time being feel free to ignore that further down on the right
