Contact us
Modifying the contact information could resolve the issue. Select the Google Apps menu in the upper-right corner and choose Contacts. Hover over the contact you want to edit and select the Pencil icon on the right end. Change the name, email address, or other information. Select Save to apply the changes.
On the People page, select Your contact lists in the navigation pane, or search for the contact list name. Select the contact list, and then select Edit. Enter names or email addresses. Select Save.
A Recipient is a person who has received an email. A Contact is a person who has been added to a mailing list so that regular communication can be sent to them.
To edit a group or review information about a group: Navigate to this portal, select the Groups tab on the left panel and select Groups I own. In the dialog box, select the group you want to edit. Select Edit general settings or go to the Settings tab. Make the changes you want.

How to change your name On your computer, open Gmail. In the top right, click Settings. See all settings. Click the Accounts and Import or Accounts tab. Under Send mail as, click Edit info. Enter the name you want to show when you send messages. At the bottom, click Save changes.
Recipient simply means the person to whom youre sending an email to. If you were sending an email to a family member, that family member would be the recipient of that email.
