hey guys so Im going to show you how to print on any Mac now its pretty simple so lets say for example uh lets say if we want to print Chrome so just going to open up Google Chrome now theres two ways to print so one way is you can press on File uh here in the top left corner and press on Print now a simpler way is on your keyboard uh just hold down the button Command and press on P so Command + P and that brings you to the same page alright so from here you guys see we have the Destination printer so I had set this up previously if youre not sure how to connect to the printer then Ill put a video link in the description and you can also Save As PDF now you can also change the number of Pages so by default its going to be All the Pages and you can also change the number of Copies uh the Layout so Portrait or Landscape and also if you want to be in Color or Black And White alright guys so when youre done with all this just press on Print in the b

Ready to setup printing? Once in the Printers Scanners window, click on the Plus (+) icon in the lower left hand corner of the Printers pane. Once in the Add window, click on Advanced (the gear Icon in the toolbar).
This method works for both Windows and Mac users. Open the photo or document you want to print. Click File Click Print Click Properties, printer properties, or preferences, whichever one applies to your printing device. Change paper size, paper type, duplex printing, quality, etc.

In an app on your Mac, choose File Print. Click the Paper Size pop-up menu, then choose Manage Custom Sizes. Click the Add button to add a new paper size, then specify the paper size you want.
Using the Printer Setting Tool for Mac Connect the printer you want to configure to the computer. Click [Macintosh HD] - [Applications] - [Brother] - [Printer Setting Tool] - [Printer Setting Tool. Check that the printer you want to configure appears next to [Printer].
To change these settings, choose Apple menu System Settings, then click Printers Scanners in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.)
