hi Im bill and Im here with my friend Dee and we want to demonstrate a tool that we developed for setting the points on a Model A Ford what the tool does is eliminate some of the traditional processing of trying to find the footing the movable arm up on the high spot of the cam you dont need to rotate the cam at all you just pull the doesnt matter where it where its set whether its up on the lobe or not you pull the breaker arm away from the fixed point set the tool down over there and use the gauge thats in the rule rubber stopper and set the points to that thickness with a light very light attention lock down the lock screw to hold it in position take the sleeve off and youre done simple as that
