Final Draft Click the Paragraph tab, click the element whose margins you want to alter and then click the up or down arrow next to the Left or Right margin under INDENTS. Note that the increments are measured from the left edge of the page -- a left indent of 1.5" is 1.5" from the left edge of the page.
“Show collated script” always shows you the changes from the latest revision on that specific page. That is, for example if one page was revised in the first revision, and another in the second revision, and the second revision is the active one right now, it will show us both of them.
The top margin needs to be one inch. The bottom margin, and your right- or outside – margin can vary from that by up to a quarter-inch. The left, or inside, margin needs to allow space for the three-hole punch binding for when your screenplay is printed, so that should be about one-and-a-half inches.
To change the names and colors of Final Draft's revision sets, go to Production > Revisions Setup > Revision Settings (Windows) or Production > Revisions (Mac). Click OK when you're done. FD11 and older: Select the revision set you want to edit and make your changes. Click OK when you're done.
