hello again youtube this is Remington H and today I just received in the mail my 20 meter ham stick Im gonna go ahead and give this a try I have an idea of converting my hvu - 100 which is configured for 20 and 40 meters right now - a 40 meter antenna and then using this ham stick for 24 40 meters Im sorry for 20 meters this is my current setup as you can see youve seen this before in a previous video the top coil is 20 meters and the horizontal quartile is 15 meters but 15 meters is pretty useless and as we go down in the cycle I suspect that 20 meters may become somewhat questionable as well so this antenna is capable of 40 meters using this coil and whip assembly which you can mount to the top of the antenna it is possible to configure this antenna for 20 and 40 meters having this 40 meter coil on the top and that 20 meter coil you see up at the top in the horizontal position but the the antenna is just too top-heavy it really would need to be dyed and thats just not something
