In order to unify the style of each notes page, we can use the Notes Master feature. With this feature, we can have a unified format for all notes pages, including new notes pages after setting for it. Click the amp;quot;Viewamp;quot; tab on the top, and click amp;quot;Notes Masteramp;quot; to enter the Slide Editing mode. We can set the orientation of the paper in the amp;quot;Notes Page Orientationamp;quot; area. Here are two options for us: amp;quot;Landscapeamp;quot; and amp;quot;Portraitamp;quot;. Option 1 Open the document we want to edit in WPS Writer. Select the needed text. Right-click to select Paragraph in the popup drop-down menu. In the popup Paragraph dialog box, select Indents and Spacing and then choose alignment as Left in General. Finally, click OK.
Launch the WPS Office software on your Windows PC and open the PDF file to which you fancy adding notes. Once the PDF opens in WPS Office, click on the Comment tab at the top of the screen. Select the Note option, enabling you to add a text box, comment box, or text comment to the PDF where you can type your notes.
To Use WPS Writer First, download and the WPS Office software on your device. Launch WPS Writer and either create a new document by clicking on the New button or open an existing document by selecting the Open option. Once the document is open, use the toolbar at the top of the screen to edit your text.
If you need to change some information, you can edit existing PDF text from your PC in three simple steps. Open the file in a PDF editor like docHub. Click the Edit PDF tool in the upper-right corner. Choose the text you want to edit and start writing.
How to edit text First, open the document. Click Edit to enter the document editing mode. We change full-text font to AndroidClock. In order to make the text layout more beautiful, we can adjust the appropriate Spacing and text alignment.
Show Speaker Notes during Presentation Right click the showing slide and select Speaker Notes. Then the Speaker Notes windows will appear in the middle of the computer screen, while the audience can not see it on the projector.
Step 1: Select the text that requires adjustment. Step 2: Right-click on the selected text or use the shortcut key Ctrl+D to open the Font function. Step 3: In the Font Dialog Box that appears, choose Character Spacing. Step 4: Inside the Spacing box, select either Expanded or Condensed based on your preference.
Long press the screen, click Select All to select all the text. Click Tools. In the Home tab, we can set the Font, Text Effect, Size, Indents and Spacing, Alignment and so on.
