In Presenter view, you can see your notes as you present, while the audience sees only your slides. To change the size of the panes in Presenter View, point your mouse at the vertical line that separates them, then click and drag.
How to edit notes in PowerPoint Make sure your presentation is open, then select the slide with the notes you want to edit. Check if you can see the notes underneath the slide. Click anywhere within the area for notes and edit the content. Click anywhere outside the section to save the changes you made.
Edit Slides while presenting This is an option on the Slide Show ribbon and it can also be toggled by right-clicking on Presenter View. This option displays any changes made to the slides in real time while you are presenting.
Resize Notes Pane (Optional): If you need more space for your notes, you can resize the Notes pane by hovering over the top border until the cursor becomes a double-headed arrow, then click and drag to adjust the size.

Each slide has one notes page. The text of a slides speaker notes are contained the first BODY placeholder shape on a slides notes page. Only the text content of this notes shape is editable in the Slides API.
Turn on formatting for the Notes pane To be able to see text formatting in the Notes pane, first you must turn formatting on: On the View tab, select Outline View. Right-click the Outline pane on the left side, and select Show Text Formatting on the pop-up menu. On the View tab, switch back to Normal view.
Headers, footers, and the note placeholder can be moved into any position youd like. You can add objects to the Notes Master, but remember that objects added in Notes Master will appear on every slides notes page.
