Hi everyone, Kevin here. Today I want to show you how you can create your very own fillable form using Microsoft Word. First off, what is a fillable form? You can have people go in and fill out a form, but they wonamp;#39;t be able to edit the questions or the structure of the form. You can use things like check boxes, text fields, drop down lists, date pickers, to build your form. Once someoneamp;#39;s finished completing your form, they can e-mail it back, they could print it out, or you could even connect it to a database. To create a footnote Custom Numbering style: Make the appropriate document window or book window active. Choose Format Document Numbering. Choose either Footnote or Table Footnote. Select Custom from the Format drop-down list. Specify your custom numbering pattern. Click Set.
Edit templates On the File tab, select Open. Double-click This PC. Browse to the Custom Office Templates folder under My Documents. Choose your template, and select Open.
