The department of corrections provides access to its free online database. Most counties in the state of Oklahoma also maintain an online Inmate search that is free to use. However, obtaining physical copies or paper formats of inmate information may attract some charges.
Aside from visiting an adult in custody at their facility, there are three main ways to contact an AIC: phone calls, letters, and electronic communications. If you are a professional (attorney, DHS worker, etc.) working with an adult in custody, see our Professional Visit and Communication Guide.
About MCDC. MCDC is a maximum-security facility made up of individual cells that is located in downtown Portland. It houses county, state, and federal adults in custody involved in local court matters or being transferred to another jail or prison.

The Oregon Department of Corrections (DOC) makes offender information available in its Oregon Offender Search system as a service to the public. In order to obtain an official or certified copy of an offender record, you will need to submit a Public Records Request.
If the person is newly arrested and has not yet been to court, you can call the Jail Information line at 503-988-3689. If the person has been in jail for more than a day or two, you must call the Multnomah Court Information line at 503-988-3235.
