hi this is brother barnes lets configure outlook 365 calendar so that bookings wont place students in advising slots such as lunch or after work lets pick staff webmail lets sign in mates yes down at the very bottom is the calendar so click on the bottom calendar notice that i have lunch and after hours and i have weekends and vacations like thanksgiving in this case marked so that bookings will not place advisees during these time slots well how do we do that just click on new event and for lunch just type in lunch and put your lunch time in repeat it probably always remind me never i dont want to be reminded that i have lunch coming up with an email and then just simply save this and wash rinse and repeat do the same thing for after hours i think here at northwest we need to program 2 30 to 4 30ish for after hours and then also do your weekends and holidays
