You can see the cursor blinking in that. Letamp;#39;s say we want to setup specific margins. First to actually see what the margins are set to you want to go to the Sidebar here. Go to Document. Then in the document area of the Sidebar you can find Document Margins. You can see here they are set to one inch all the way around, top, bottom, left, right. Now if you actually want to see the margins on the page we can. We can actually do that one of two ways. The first way is to go to View and letamp;#39;s Show Ruler. Click the chart, then in the Format sidebar, click the Chart tab. In the Chart Options section, select the Legend checkbox.
Click the chart. next to the chart, and click Select Data. Select an entry in the Legend Entries (Series) list, and click Edit. In the Series Name field, type a new legend entry.
You can change the settings at any time, even if you have a document open. Choose Pages Settings (from the Pages menu at the top of your screen), then click Rulers at the top of the settings window. Click the Ruler Units pop-up menu, then choose an increment (Points, Centimeters, or Inches).
Tap Chart, then turn on Legend. Tap the legend to select it, then do any of the following: Change the style of the legend text: Tap Style below the Legend button, then adjust text and fill attributes. Resize the legend: Drag the green dots around the legend.
In the Chart Options section, select the Legend checkbox. In your document, click the legend (to select only the legend), then do any of the following: Change the look of the legend text: Click the Style tab at the top of the sidebar, then use the controls to add a background fill, add a border, and more.
Click the Page Layout tab. To show gridlines: Under Gridlines, select the View check box. To hide gridlines: Under Gridlines, clear the View check box.
Click the chart, and then click the Chart Design tab. Click Add Chart Element Legend. To change the position of the legend, choose Right, Top, Left, or Bottom. To change the format of the legend, click More Legend Options, and then make the format changes that you want.
How to add a legend to your chart in Google Sheets Double click your chart to open the Chart editor. Click Customize in the Chart editor. Click Legend Click here. Optionally make your legend text bold or italics.
