there are two different ways to reactivate your marinara cartridge which will be explained in this video no matter which option you choose make sure to repeat the steps until the ink pattern on the paper towel looks like the picture on the right all three colors should be clearly visible option one place the wet paper towel on the same press the cartridge onto the paper towels and not three to five times on the carpet afterwards wipe the bottom of the cartridge on the paper towel clean off the printhead please repeat all steps until all three colors are clearly visible option to fill a bowl with warm water and place the dry paper towel next to it put the cartridge into water for about 10 seconds and make sure that only the printhead is under water now take out the cartridge and wipe the bottom of the cartridge on the paper towel to clean off the printhead these repeats until all three colors are clearly visible for more information about our label printers and applicators visit
