In this video tutorial, Jewel Tolentino demonstrates how to add a checkbox in docHub. To do this, you need to be in the prepare form section. Click on the more tools tab and select prepare form. Once in this mode, click on the icon with the checkbox symbol to add a checkbox to your form. You can customize the appearance and name of the checkbox. Preview your form to see the checkbox in action. Head back to edit mode by double-clicking on the checkbox.
