today Im one minute geek I will show you how to adjust the vertical alignments of your Microsoft Word documents so by default Microsoft Word documents are usually aligned to the top of the page but in this instance here Ive created a memo and its not appropriate here in this instance Id like to Center the text on the page rather than having it to the top and so what Im gonna do is to make that adjustment go to the page Layout tab and then go to the page setup group and then click on the page setup dialog launcher a little arrow and then on the page setup screen go to the Layout tab and then under the page heading go to vertical alignment and click on the drop down arrow you got top you got centered you have justified which will spread everything out and make it even and bottom and Im gonna choose centered and hit OK and there you go you can now see that its vertically aligned to the center and thats how you adjust the vertical alignment of Microsoft Word documents
