To change the size of the frame without affecting its contents, press and hold the Command key ( Ctrl on Windows) when dragging with your mouse.
Ease the painting toward one side of the frame while lifting the other side on an angle. Lift it slowly and gently. If you encounter resistance, the paint may be stuck to the frame. Avoid pressing your fingers against the paint surface or against the back of the canvas.
Resize frames Select the frame in the canvas, or Layers Panel in the left sidebar. Click the handle in one of the corners and drag to resize. Or, click one of the edges and drag.
Double-tap the photo or video you want to adjust. To resize, drag any of the white circle handles on the corners of the photo or video. To reposition, drag the photo or video around the frame space. Tap Done to finish.

On the menu bar above the editor, click Resize. Enter custom dimensions, or pick from the preset design size options. Hover your cursor over them to see their dimensions. You can select more than one size.
1) Take the width of the artwork from the width of the frame and divide by 2. This will give you your left and right border sizes. 2) Do the same for the height to give the top and bottom border sizes.
If the frame is too large, add a mat. If you already have a mat that is also too large, you can either add a mat reveal underneath (a second mat that sticks out just 1/4" or so), or buy a new mat that is wider. Replacing the mat is much less expensive than replacing the frame.
As it turns out, you can't change your frame size, bone structure, or the places you store body fat or muscle. All of these depend on your DNA, says exercise physiologist Michelle Olson, Ph. D.
Click the element, text box, image, or video you want to resize. To select multiple elements, hold Shift on your keyboard, and click to add other elements to the selection. Click any of the resize handles (see screenshot below) on the corners of the selected element/s, and drag it in or out to resize.
