okay so lets start building our frame around the panel so the first thing ill do is lets get us oriented so we get this this shape flattened out again and ill go to wireframe thatll make things a little easier to see and im just going to zoom in here and move these subtleties points down a little bit and now im going to extrude a frame around this so one of the easiest ways ive found to do it is just to put a reference point on this line and well zoom in there and well set the plane that we want to construct on and that happens to be the one that first pops up otherwise youd have to hit tab so ill click that and the easiest method ive found is to grab the um the octagon or polygon you know what it would be whatever it happens to be number of sides and i have it set for four so that if we just grab this now and pull out i can make something thats six by six and one of the techniques i found to keep things centered is i want to change dimensions lets say ill select that
