Iamp;#39;m going to create some crime scene tape that youamp;#39;ve probably seen of course in the popular show CSI and other stuff like that so what Iamp;#39;m going to do is Iamp;#39;ve got the words crime scene set on a text layer right here and what Iamp;#39;m going to do is go ahead and create a new layer right beneath that active text layer which is if Iamp;#39;m going to hold down the command or control key click on the new layer icon it will create a new layer beneath my active layer then Iamp;#39;m going to go and get my rectangular Marquee tool and Iamp;#39;m just going to draw a box thatamp;#39;s going to be roughly the size of my tape make it a little bit wider then Iamp;#39;ll go into my Color Picker click on the color swatch in the foreground and letamp;#39;s go get the yellow color that will be our tape crime tape and weamp;#39;ll just fill that selection in making sure weamp;#39;re on our new layer fill that selection with that yellow color by press
