Tip 4: reset the trackpad settings Click the Apple logo in the top left corner of your screen and open System preferences. Click Trackpad. Make sure theres no checkmark next to Tap to click in the Point and click tab. Check if theres a checkmark next to Scroll direction: natural in the Scroll and zoom tab.

On your Mac, choose Apple menu System Settings, then click Displays in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.) Select a resolution. If you see a thumbnail view of the available resolutions, move the pointer over the thumbnails to see the resolution sizes, then click the one you want.
In the Music app on your Mac, choose Window Equalizer. Drag the sliders to adjust the frequency settings.
Adjust how quickly the pointer moves when you drag the mouse or your finger on the trackpad. On your Mac, choose Apple menu System Settings, then click Mouse or Trackpad in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.) Drag the Tracking speed slider on the right.
