Copy and paste web page text in a text document Access the web page containing the text you want to save as a text document. Highlight the text on the web page that you want to save in a text document. Copy the highlighted text. Open a text-based application, like Notepad.
Go to New Email to compose a new message. On the top ribbon - you will find a meatball menu icon (three horizontal dots). Click on it. A dropdown menu will appear - from where you can select the option of Switch To HTML (refer Figure 1).
Go to your email notification settings for this email and make sure the box to Send Emails in Plain Text is not checked. Check for a plugin conflict. Weve seen several plugins that force all emails to be sent as either plain text or HTML cause this issue.

Change Default Email Format for Sending Messages Go to File Options. In the Outlook Options dialog box, select Mail. In the Compose messages section, select the Compose messages in this format dropdown arrow and select either HTML, Plain Text, or Rich Text.
