Go to File Info. Right click on the authors name. Select Remove Person.
Select the Insert tab. in the Text group on the Ribbon, click the Quick Parts drop-down and select Field to open the Field dialog box. In the Categories list, select either (All) or Document Information, In the Field names list, select DocProperty.
Adjust indents and spacing in Word Select one or more paragraphs that you want to adjust. Go to Home and then select the Paragraph dialog box launcher . Choose the Indents and Spacing tab. Choose your settings, and then select OK.
Open the document and press Ctrl-F to open the Find and Replace pop-up window. Click the Replace tab, then type the current company name into the Find what box. Make sure to type the name exactly as it appears in the document, with no additional spaces before or after.
To make changes to a document, in the upper-right corner, select Edit Document Edit. If someone else created the document, they might not allow editing. You can go to File Save as, save it with another name, and edit the new document. Or you can ask the document owner to enable editing.
