welcome to my channel folks now Im going to show you how you can change your launch configuration for an existing order scaling group let us say you have created an ami with security keys and all the necessary configurations and you launched your auto scaling group and after some time you find that your new golden image has been created by your development team and that needs to be deployed into your production auto scaling group so in those cases how you can configure your launch configuration with your new ami and all the latest binaries and how you roll it out to production that is what I am going to show you now so I have a set of simple launch configuration here in my ec2 dashboard let us go ahead and see that now here I have an auto scaling group with two instances and it currently it is running fine and the lifecycle state says that they are in service and there are no problems with it and if I go to my launch configuration now that is my instances and let us go to the launch
