In this video, Jewel Tolentino demonstrates how to add a checkbox in docHub. To do so, you need to be in the prepare form section. Click on the prepare form option in the more tools tab. Once in prepare form mode, click on the box icon with a checkmark to add a checkbox. Customize the box and name it as desired. Preview the checkbox, click on it, and you now have a checkbox in your form.
