start by going to the top right and select caption and Graphics then on the left select create new caption track now right-click your caption track and click add caption track now start creating your titles as you can see you cannot show two caption tracks at once to show both at once first finish both of your caption tracks then make a new adjustment layer and make it the length of your video then simply select your caption track and the adjustment layer right-click and press nest now you can export with both of your caption tracks enabled
