How to set the Field Calculation Order Start the Form Editing Mode by going to the Forms Tab. Click on the Calculation Order button to start the tool. Select one or more fields from the list. Fields will be calculated in order from Top to Bottom. Once complete click OK to apply the changes.
To add the Formula Field, select Formula. Drag and drop the selected field anywhere on the document. Open the Formula Builder at the top of your document. It will help you calculate a value based on number fields in the document.
How to add calculations in a PDF form Open a PDF form in docHub Pro and select Prepare Form in the list of tools: Find the field where you want the final calculations to be shown, right click on the field and proceed to the field Properties: Under Properties, go to Calculations and the second option Value is.
This can happen if the PDF editor you are using is incompatible with the document or is in conflict with other processes on your system. You may also have altered some of the settings on the application you are using or on the document and therefore preventing certain processes such as saving.
Choose Edit Link Add or edit a link. Open the Link Properties dialog for the link whose link action that you want to edit. In the Actions tab, associate a new action with the link and select OK.
In the upper-left corner of the Forms panel, click the dropdown menu. Select Reorder Calculation Fields. In the dialog box that appears, the affected calculation field will display a warning. Click-and-drag the total calculation field below its input fields, and the warning should disappear.
