Open the PDF in Macs free Preview program and select the signature icon. If youve created your signature already, select it and insert it into the PDF. If you dont have a signature created already, select Create Signature. Once youve inserted your signature, select Done.
Open mail and its preferences signatures drag and drop to the signatures . Drag and drop an image ( example flower ) from the Internet to the desktop , open it with preview . Click on adjust size and change the settings of width ( reduce it ) and click on ok to get saved .
On your computer (using Finder) find the image you want to add to your signature. Apple Mails signature will not resize your image for you! We recommend adding images that are pretty small, less than 100kb ideally. If your image is larger this will be a problem and could prevent it from being received.
Once the image is open in Preview, from the top menu, select the Tools option. This is typically the fifth option from the left. Scroll down the drop-down menu to find and select the Adjust size option, which is usually the fourth option from the top.
You can choose a signature to automatically add to messages you send. In the Mail app on your Mac, choose Mail Settings, then click Signatures. Select an account in the left column. Click the Choose Signature pop-up menu, then choose a signature.
In the Gmail app, start by selecting settings and then see all settings. Scroll to signature where you can add or customize the format. Insert your image by choosing the image icon in the toolbar. After youve uploaded the photo, resize it by selecting small, medium, or large.
In the Mail app on your Mac, choose Mail Settings, then click Signatures. Select an account in the left column. Click the Choose Signature pop-up menu, then choose a signature.
If you have a program you are familiar with for resizing images use that. If not, you can open the image in the Preview application and go to Tools Adjust Size and try one of the smallest sizes. When your photo or logo is ready to be added.
