Select Azure Active Directory Users. Select Add filter to open the Add filter pane. Select Custom security attributes. Select your attribute set and attribute name.
Modify Active Directory Users Properties/Attributes by Import CSV Select the AD Mgmt tab. Click the Modify users link under CSV import. From the drop down menu, select the domain in which the users to modified reside. Import the CSV file and click OK. This will list all users and their attributes.
Go to Azure Active Directory Users and select a user. There are two ways to edit user profile details. Either select Edit properties from the top of the page or select Properties. After making any changes, select the Save button.
Go to Start and open Administrative tools. Click on Active Directory users and Computers. Right click on the object whose attributes you wish to view, and click Properties. In the dialogue box that opens, you will be able to view all the AD attributes of the object categorized based on the attribute type.

Custom security attributes in Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) are business-specific attributes (key-value pairs) that you can define and assign to Azure AD objects. These attributes can be used to store information, categorize objects, or enforce fine-grained access control over specific Azure resources.
To create a new Attribute: Choose File Add or Remove Snap-ins then select the Active Directory Schema option. Double-click or click Add then click OK to load the Snap-in. Once the Snap-in has been loaded, expand this out, right-click on the Attributes entry then select Create Attribute to continue.
On the Properties window for the AD connector, click on Select Attributes to see the list of attributes that are available and being synchronized to Azure.
