Easily adjust attachment in VIA to work with documents in different formats

You can’t make document modifications more convenient than editing your VIA files on the web. so good news everyone if youamp;#39;re trying to upload documents to a sharepoint document library from your app and youamp;#39;re kind of youamp;#39;ve watched a few videos online and you know some of them have been around for a while and some of them are fairly recent solutions and youamp;#39;re kind of struggling with some of the concepts because you know itamp;#39;s something that you would expect to be fairly easy to do you want to be able to attach files to a power app and um and you want those files to be stored in sharepoint somewhere but for some reason this isnamp;#39;t really an easy thing to do in powerapps not easy until now microsoft has thankfully made this process so much easier with a new action in power automate that we can leverage to make it really simple to upload documents to a sharepoint document library so weamp;#39;re not messing around with file attachments inside of the list we donamp;#39;t have to worry about saving our documents after weamp

Save your file to a cloud service and share a link Upload your file to a cloud service, such as OneDrive or Dropbox. Note: The service you use generates a link to access your file. The error message will show Attachment size exceeds the allowable limit or The file youre attaching is bigger than the server allows. Try putting the file in a shared location and sending a link instead, depending on the Outlook version youre using.

Maximum total message send/receive size is 150mb. This includes both the message content and attachments. Attaching a large file to an email message requires uploading that file to the email system. This can increase the time required to send the message.
