In this video tutorial, Jewel Tolentino demonstrates how to add a checkbox in docHub. To access the prepare form section, click on the more tools tab and select prepare form. Once in this mode, click on the checkbox icon and customize the box as desired. Give it a name, preview it, and then click on it to add the checkbox to your form. Remember to double click on the checkbox to make any edits.
