The Zoho Books integration with Zoho CRM simplifies the process of sending estimates. Users can view, edit, and create estimates in CRM, ensuring consistency between accounting and sales data. When creating an estimate, CRM auto-fills customer information to minimize manual entry. Users select desired items, and the integration alerts them of current stock levels, preventing over-promising. Once an estimate is sent, customers receive an email enabling them to download a PDF or view the estimate online if they have an account with your payment portal. This streamlines the sales process and reduces errors.

Direct Quotations Quotation marks always come in pairs. Capitalize the first letter of a direct quote when the quoted material is a complete sentence. Do not use a capital letter when the quoted material is a fragment or only a piece of the original materials complete sentence.
Before you quote Understand, and factor in, the true costs for materials, resources, labour, taxes and proportion of business operational costs. Ensure any suppliers can provide the materials in time and at a price that you can markup and still be competitive. Conduct market research of your competitors pricing.
In fact, if you can remember the three main rules below, you should be in good shape. 1 Place punctuation marks inside quotation marks. 2 Capitalize the first letter of the quoted sentence. 3 Include an opening quotation mark at the beginning of each new quoted paragraph.
You use the exact words and punctuation of the original. Harriet Jacobs writes, She sat down, quivering in every limb (61). This example is a direct quotation from Jacobs book Incidents in the Life of a Slave Girl.
Words can be added or changed to a quote by using brackets. Changes can be used to correct tense or to add necessary information.
Authority: You may want to use a quote to lend expert authority for your assertion or to provide source material for analysis. Conciseness: Your attempts to paraphrase or summarize are awkward or much longer than the source material.
When should you quote? The language of the passage is particularly elegant, powerful, or memorable. You wish to confirm the credibility of your argument by enlisting the support of an authority on your topic. The passage is worthy of further analysis.
An exact quote should be in quotation marks ( ), or if the quotation is 40 words or more, should be formatted as a block quotation. Then you put an In-Text Citation right after the quotation to show where the quote came from.
