Microsoft says that it is possible to reschedule recurring meetings in Outlook by following three steps. Step 1: Double-Click the Recurring Meeting On Outlook Calendar. Step 2: Select Edit Series to Reschedule All Instances of Recurring Meetings. Step 3: Change the Meeting Details and Click Send Update
Once you have defined the purpose and objectives of your meeting, you need to find a suitable time and date that works for all the participants. You should consider factors such as availability, time zones, deadlines, holidays, and other events that may affect the attendance and productivity of your meeting.
When you open a recurring appointment, meeting, or event, Outlook will ask you if you want to open just this one event or the entire series of events. If youd like to edit a single instance of a recurring item, select Just this one. Otherwise, select The entire series.
You can export the calendar to an Excel file, edit the file to keep only the past occurrences of the meeting, and import it back to Outlook. This will create a separate calendar with the history of the meeting Then you can change the end date of the series in your main calendar .
To edit your scheduled meeting on the Zoom client: Click on Meetings, Upcoming tab, find and select the meeting, then click Edit.
Update a recurring meeting Double-click the meeting on your calendar to open it. To update all instances of a recurring meeting, on the Organizer Meeting or Meeting Series tab, click Edit Series. Change the options that you want. On the Organizer Meeting or Meeting tab, click Send Update.
