account is just a regular salesforce account based on this salesforce functionality we use the same records for for instance contacts but what is specific about our employee package is the use of account labor agreements we can set generic labor agreements for for instance a certain industry like the construction industry ive created a set of generic labor agreements per account we can make specific types of these labor agreements and we call those account labor agreements so i selected the generic one construction but i can deviate from this generic version by using account specific lines ive excluded two lines from the generic labor agreement and i added two other ones which are marked purple this is used in all assignments based on this account
