[Music] so the manage awards to access the manage awards one fund from the home screen you will locate the application form that youre wanting to do the awarding on and then once you locate that form you will then come to the manage applications you will need to expand that and then locate the manage awards one fund now when i go in here you will see this amount available this amount available is coming from the manage application funds so i have this fund heres my funding title scholarship application with one fund and if i want to update this figure if you come in here of course it might be zero so if you want to update this figure you will go to the manage application funds so if i click on that youll see and then when i open that up i will locate that specific fund that i want to adjust that amount on ill click on that fund and then right here in this box is where that um annual budget academic amount is and youll also notice over here this date this 20 20 21 this is the year

The request for a change of PI must be submitted by an authorized signing official at the recipient organization no later than 30 days prior to the proposed change. The request can be submitted via the eRA Prior Approval module or by email to the NINDS grants management specialist indicated in your eRA Commons account.
Proposals that have been declined are not eligible for resubmission for one year from the original date of submission and must be substantially revised to be considered. A proposal that has not been substantially revised will be returned without review as per the Proposal Award Policies Procedures Guide (PAPPG).
The minimum level of effort for the PI is one person-month per six months of project duration. May a faculty member at a college or university serve as the Principal Investigator on an NSF SBIR/STTR project?
Principal Investigators (PI and co-PIs) must have a tenured, tenure-track, or non-tenure track faculty position and their institution allows them to serve as PI or co-PI. Postdoctoral researchers are not allowed to serve as PI or co-PI but they may serve as other personnel.
There is a limit of one PI and up to four co-PIs on a proposal. Both the PI and any co-PIs, however, will be jointly responsible for submission of the requisite project reports.
Recipients may initiate certain types of amendments in the GrantSolutions GMM from the My Grants List screen. Amendment types may include, but are not limited to supplements, change in staff, budget revisions, carryover requests, change in Recipient address, and more.
Changes in principal investigator, co-PI, or person-months devoted to the project. You must submit a request to NSF for changes to the PI or co-PIs on your award, including changes affecting the amount of time the PI or co-PIs will devote to the project.
Transferring a National Science Foundation (NSF) Grant Notify your Department Chair. Notify the Program Officer at NSF. Notify your Contract Administrator at ORA. ORA will notify the sponsor officially of the intent to transfer the award. A PI Transfer Request must also be initiated via FastLane or Research.gov.
