In this video tutorial, Sean from Tracker Software explains how to add watermarks to documents using PDF Exchange Editor. Watermarks are useful for protecting documents, indicating ownership, and preventing counterfeiting. They can be added in text or image format. To add a watermark, go to the Organize tab, click on the Watermarks dropdown menu, and select Add. You can choose to use an image file or custom text for the watermark. The font, alignment, and macro options can be adjusted to customize the watermark.

In order to add watermark in PDF in docHub and start editing it, you need to do the following: open your document in the app; select the Tools button; choose Edit PDF; click on the Watermark button; select Add watermark.
How to add a watermark to a PDF Open the docHub program. Click on File in the upper left corner, click Open in the ribbon and select your PDF file from the dialog box. Click the Tools tab in the toolbar at the top of the window. Click the Edit PDF button on the right. Click Watermark and select Add.
Open Your PDF in Preview Go to View Lead to Show Markup Toolbar. Step 2. Click on the Text icon and you will get a text box Type in the watermark text Adjust the location, the font, the color, opacity, etc. All you need to do in this step is to make it look like a watermark.
Method 3. Watermarking a PDF in Preview (Mac only) Open the PDF file in Preview. Go to the Markup toolbar. Choose the text tool and add a watermark. Click the A icon to adjust the watermark. To keep your changes, click File Save.
With a document open on your Mac, choose File Print. Scroll down in the Print dialogue and click Watermark. Click the Apply Watermark button to turn on watermarks. Type the watermark text into the Watermark text box.
Open the PDF to which you want to add a watermark. Select the Edit mega verb from the global bar and select Watermark Add. (Optional) To apply the watermark selectively to individual pages, select Page Range Options in the Add Watermark dialog box. Then specify a page range and choose a Subset option, as needed.
Add a watermark (section layout object) Click one of the object buttons in the toolbar to add a text box, shape, or image to any page in the section, then drag it to where you want it to appear on each page. If you add a text box, type the text you want to appear.
