You can create a watermark in PowerPoint by adding a text background in Slide Master. To do this, select View, Slide Master, then choose the first slide. Insert a text box, type your text, format it, and adjust the rotation. Change the text color to a lighter tone and position it. Finally, select Slide Master, Close Master View to view the watermark on all slides.
