You can of course message, call or share the link to your website with your guests. And theres a chance some of them will ask you about it regardless of how you initially tell them. You can also include your wedding website URL on your wedding invites, but do so in a way that doesnt seem out of place or distracting.
These are typically sent 6 to 8 months before the wedding for those celebrating close to home, and 8 to 12 months in advance for those planning a destination wedding. You dont have to wait until the website is completed, or Save-the-Dates are sent out to share the wedding website with some of your wedding guests.

5. SHARE YOUR WEDDING WEBSITE WITH GUESTS. Print the wedding website URL or a QR Code on your save the date cards and invitations or send the link via email to your guests. Make sure your immediate family members and wedding attendants know about your website in case other guests inquire.
How to create an RSVP form on Google Forms Step 1: Open Google Forms. Step 2: Select a free RSVP online template. Step 3: Add your questions and answers. Step 4: Customize the RSVP form to your liking. Step 5: Configure the settings of your RSVP form. Step 6: Create and send an RSVP link.
If youre sending digital wedding invitations, most templates include a space for your wedding website link. However, for more formal paper invites, etiquette commonly dictates that you dont include the link on the invite. Instead, you should add an insert that provides the link.
1. Include it on the Save the Dates. Your save the date is the first place you can share your wedding website URL with your guests. Simply list the URL in dainty text somewhere underneath your main message, or add in a QR code that can take your guests straight to your website in a snap.
Alternatively, you can simply place your Wedding Website URL directly on the invitation itself, at the bottom, or on the back of the card, and ask your guests to RSVP by visiting your Wedding Website.
