Add a Teams Link to an Existing Outlook Meeting. Open Outlook. Go to your calendar and select your meeting. Click on Teams Meeting. A link will be added to the meeting notes. Click Send Update. To join the meeting return to the meeting invite and click Join Teams Meeting.
Click the Meet Now button, enter a meeting name, and then click either the Get a Link to Share button or the Invite People button to generate the link.
If you want to include an add to calendar link in your emails for the recipient to interact with, follow these steps: Create the event in the Google calendar application. Change your Google Calendar share settings. Copy the events link in your calendar. Write your email. Insert the link as a hyperlink.

Open Outlook and go to your calendar. On the Home tab, select New Meeting . Add online meeting information by selecting Teams Meeting or Skype Meeting. Which is available depends on your organization.
Start a video meeting from Meet ​Go to Google Meet. Click New Meeting. Select an option: Create a meeting for later: To share the meeting details for a future meeting, copy the meeting link and share with participants.
