Hover over a page, post, or email and click Edit. In the content editor, click the rich text module where you want to add the link. Highlight the text or image you want to hyperlink. In the rich text toolbar, click the link link icon.

Create a shareable link In your HubSpot account, navigate to Library Documents. Hover over the document name and click Actions Create link. Or, click the name of the document, then click Create link in the upper right. In the dialog box, enter the recipients email address in the Who are you sending this to?
Locate the URL you want to hyperlink to and select it. After right-clicking your mouse while hovering over the selected text, click Copy. The keyboard shortcut for copying is Ctrl + C on a Windows machine and ⌘ + C on a Mac. Return to your email draft and highlight the text you want to attach a hyperlink to.
