The short answer is that you can add a link just about anywhere. When you click into any editable text field, like a question, form title, or description, youll see a formatting toolbar below it, including a link icon. By clicking on the link icon, youll be able to enter both the URL and its display text.
To create a hyperlink, add the symbols surrounding your full link. When you click out of the field it will appear as a link. Also you have option to add these links under the subtitle.
The hyperlink control enables users to insert or edit a hyperlink on the form. Users editing and viewing the form can click the hyperlink which automatically opens the Web browser to the location that the link points to. This is useful when you are required to input a hyperlink as part of the form.
Click the Link or Hyperlink text field, then press Ctrl + V (Windows) or ⌘ Command + V (Mac). Enter your hyperlinks text. In the Text to display, Text, or http:// field, enter the text that you want to display as the link.
