hello everyone welcome back to my channel today im going to be doing a video that has been really highly requested is how to fonts on your ipad i already have a video like this up on my channel but i thought that i should film an updated one as well as include some of my favorite fonts that i use in my digital planners and for note-taking and other things so as usual i am using my ipad pro 2018 in the 11 inch size and the second generation apple pencil so we will be using the app i found today and then i will be using the dafont website to access some free fonts but you can turn anywhere for fonts such as 1001 free fonts and other cool websites for these fonts and then theres a bunch of design websites you can also turn to if you want to pay for your fonts so heres a look at the home page of the font it always has recently added fonts on the front page and then it breaks down all of its fonts into different categories here at the top i really like using the script category specific

Add Fonts provided by application and inside each item, write the name of your font. Note: Sometimes, the names of fonts are not that obvious. In order to find the name of your font, you can write this peace of code: 3.
Add a font from Google Fonts Select the Text tool in the toolbar or open the Text panel. Click the font name in either the tool options bar or the Text panel. Click More fonts at the bottom of the font menu. Search by entering the font name in the search field. Select the fonts you want to use.
Create a New Project (or Use an Existing One) Open Xcode and choose Create a new Xcode Project. Choose Single View App. Click Next and give your product a name. Add Your Custom Font Files. The next step is to copy your custom font files to your project. Add Your Fonts to the Info. plist.
Find the font file that you downloaded, keeping in mind that it may be contained within a .zip file. Double-click the font file to open it in the Font Previewer. If youre satisfied that this is the font you want, click at the top left. Close the Font Previewer, and open your Office program.
To use a custom font, add the font file that contains your licensed font to your app, and then apply the font to a text view or set it as a default font within a container view. SwiftUIs adaptive text display scales the font automtically using Dynamic Type.
Nothing complicated in this first step. Select File menu Add Files to Your Project Name from the menu bar, select all the fonts you need to add, then click the Add button. Or drag the file from Finder and drop it into your Xcode project. Drag the font files from Finder and drop it into your Xcode project.
All fonts are stored in the C:\Windows\Fonts folder. You can also add fonts by simply dragging font files from the extracted files folder into this folder. Windows will automatically them. If you want to see what a font looks like, open the Fonts folder, right-click the font file, and then click Preview.
