heres a question from bert our rental property is non-smoking but we have an application from an applicant stating that hes a smoker but hell smoke outside of the property uh do you trust that hell smoke outdoors do you charge a higher security deposit to cover smoke damage uh do you decline your application uh so we have to treat every tenant every prospective tenant every applicant exactly the same so we have preset criteria and we stick to it religiously otherwise were infringing on somebodys uh fair credit uh im not fair credit im sorry fair housing uh laws uh so it will get audited by the state and other entities from time to time actually just realizing what shirt im wearing humanoid about my favorite brewery here in philadelphia um im giving them a shout out uh so im sorry i lost check okay so we actually automatically reject folks so if you actually one of our criteria is that we dont allow smokers into the unit um smoking really badly damaged as a unit we had a uni
