hello and welcome to Alia Suite today were going to take a look at separating line items on your invoices Im actually going to jump over to an open invoice here and by default in alia Suite when I add an item and then add that same item again it is just going to change the quantity count here but it will remain in one line on my in now if I wanted to separate those lines that each one would show independently all I would need to do is come down into my settings then my invoice settings and from here I will select the add every invoice item as new line item that will simply allow me to have separated non- quantity lines on my so well select that and apply and well go back and and create a new invoice here and well add that same item now when I add it the second time that brings up a separate line This will be incredibly useful if you are selling at a different price if you maybe have different due fulfillment dates different delivery methods or anything that you want to differentia
